Fruit Salad...Yummy, Yummy!

When Grammy Katie and Uncle Ross came to visit last weekend, Grammy bought us lots of yummy fruit at Wegman's. Mommy and I decided to make some fruit salad. I was a big help. Mommy did the cutting but I did lots of stirring and mixing and sampling to make sure it tasted just right. My favorite was the cantaloupe, which I like to call "me-melon."

Talking on the Telephone

I always enjoy talking on the telephone; usually I talk the most when nobody else is on the other end. But if I am in the mood I can be quite the chatterbox even when there is a real person on the phone with me. Here I am chatting away with Grammy Katie last night.

Right before this clip began, Grammy had just told me that she caught my cold and was sneezing!

A Sad Goodbye

On Tuesday we said goodbye to our beloved baby. We went to one of our favorite spots along Lake Ontario, a place we visit often. We took a pink balloon and a blue balloon, since we didn't know yet if I was having a sister or a brother. (I was pretty sure it was 2 sisters). I kissed both of the balloons goodbye and sent them up to Heaven for our baby.

We love you, Baby. You will live in our hearts forever.

Yummy "Chip Chip" Waffle

Today I requested "chip chip" (chocolate chip) waffles for breakfast and lunch. I often ask to have them straight out of the freezer. Here is a cute pic and clip of me enjoying the lunchtime waffle.

My First Haircut

Today Daddy took me to meet Mommy at her fancy hair salon. I got to have my very first haircut. Mommy's hairdresser Melanie trimmed my bangs. I did a great job sitting still and I really liked getting my haircut. All day I have been pretending to comb and cut Mommy's hair, and asking to get my hair cut again!

Someday soon when Mommy is feeling better she promises she will catch up on my blog. There are lots of happy times to be shared and soon she will be ready to share them again. Until then, thank you to all of our friends and family for continuing to check back. We love you!
