Happy Father's Day!
We began our day at church...
This was Gabriella's first time in church, and amazingly both she and Annabelle stayed with us in the sanctuary throughout the service, barely making a peep!
On to brunch or "grunch" (as Annabelle called it) at Cracker Barrel. As expected, there was a bit of a wait, so we happily passed the time in the rocking chairs, playing checkers. (Well, playing with the checkers).
Gabriella dozed throughout the wait, and woke up just before they pronounced our table ready.
Inside, fortunately, more amusement during the rather long wait for our food!
After Annabelle went to bed, Gabriella and Daddy had a little more time to celebrate their first Father's Day together.
