I love to play outside! I especially like to make "Nature Soup." My favorite ingredients are those helicopter maple tree seeds. Here are two clips of me enjoying my newest favorite twig and some bark.

More Outdoor Fun
Books and Animals...two of my favorite things!
Yesterday we went on an outing to Barnes and Noble and Petco. We didn't buy a thing at either store but I had so much fun browsing! Here are a few photos of me enjoying my shopping trip!
Mommy wants to get this book for me - it's perfect because we were ladybugs for Halloween together and there is a dog in the book that looks just like Angus!
See the title of the book I grabbed right before I took off to head for another shelf - Things that Go!

A Visit with My Kindergarten Friends
Today I spent an hour with my kindergarten friends in Mommy's afternoon class while (The Fabulous) Miss Maryann attended Sarah's second grade Author Party. My friend Mrs. White was there to help take care of me since it is a little hard for Mommy to be a teacher and my mama at the same time. Mommy did get to hold me and play with me a lot, but mostly I liked playing with the big kids. They wanted to follow me around everywhere I went. I was the baby Pied Piper! Here I am crawling around with my entourage. Mommy's not quite sure why I kept moving my head like that - she thinks I was either crawl-dancing or pretending to be a horse. What do you think?

A Little Carpet Picnic
Last week during my lunch date with Mommy we had a little carpet picnic. I was enjoying some graham crackers and juice. As you can see in the video below, I couldn't decide whether I wanted to eat the graham crackers or just play with my ziploc baggie. But it was tons of fun visiting Mommy either way!
The Stair Master!
One of my new favorite hobbies is climbing up stairs. I just decided to give it a try last week, and I am really good at it! Mommy clocked me a couple of times with a radar gun and I was doing close to ninety miles an hour on my way up. I need a bit more practice with the whole climbing back down thing. I have another stinky cold now and the constant nose wiping is cutting in to my practice time.

The I Love You Sign
Every morning when it's time for Mommy to go to school I stand in the window with TFMM (The Fabulous Miss Maryann) and wave to her. Mommy waves and waves and does the "I LOVE YOU" sign and waves some more. I am always happy as I wave back and send Mommy off to work.
Well the other day when I knew Mommy was just about to arrive to pick me up I was standing in the window all by myself (okay, TTFM was right next to me but she was in between the two front windows so Mommy could only see me). When I saw Mommy pull in the driveway I got a huge smile on my face and started to laugh. Mommy almost burst into tears at the sweet sight of me, but she smiled and waved and smiled and waved some more. Then...she did the I LOVE YOU sign. I burst into tears! "Oh no," I thought, "that's what she does when she's LEAVING ME!" [Is this really what I thought or is Mommy just projecting? I guess you'll never know for sure!]
